Shipping policy

First of all, we thank you for the trust you have in us and we will make sure your product(s) get(s) to you in a timely manner.

Orders are typically processed within 2 – 5 business days. Please allow for 7 – 10 business days for domestic shipments and an additional 5 – 7 days for international shipments. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 – 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@derclo.com.

Please note that all international orders (US included) are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

Unfortunately, any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the purchaser and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.
