Refund policy

DER wants to make sure its customers are fully satisfied. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return certain item(s) within 10 days in exchange for a full refund.

 

To return a product


Returned products must be unworn or unused, with tags, and its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that customers will NOT be refunded for initial shipping costs. Refund will be given for the retail price of item(s) purchased.

To start a return, please contact us at infor@derclo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once item(s) are received and inspected, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues


Any DER product that is delivered defective may be sent back to us for a full refund or replacement if the product is available.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items


  • Items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Sale items, hats, underwear, socks, swimwear, gloves, gift cards and other items listed as not returnable.
